Listings and availability

Vehicles displayed on this website are offered subject to availability and to physical inspection. We make every effort to ensure descriptions, photographs and specifications are accurate. Final specification and condition is confirmed at inspection.

Pricing

Prices are in Australian dollars and, where shown, are drive-away unless otherwise noted. Where a listing is marked “POA” (Price on Enquiry), the price will be confirmed in writing prior to purchase. Government charges and stamp duty may vary by jurisdiction.

Deposits and contracts

A deposit may be required to reserve a vehicle. Deposits are subject to the terms of the deposit receipt provided at the time. A formal contract of sale will be issued in accordance with Victorian motor-trading legislation prior to settlement.

Statutory warranties and consumer rights

Vehicles are sold subject to the warranties prescribed by Victorian law and the Australian Consumer Law. Where applicable, statutory used-vehicle warranty cover applies. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Trade-ins and finance

Trade-in valuations are subject to physical inspection of the vehicle. Finance is available on request through accredited brokers; The Euro Gallery is not a credit provider and does not give credit advice.

Licensed motor car trader

The Euro Gallery Geelong operates as a licensed motor car trader in Victoria, LMCT 12192. The dealer licence number is also displayed on the contract of sale and on the dealer plate at the showroom.
